3 of 4 people found the following review helpful. MISSING TEXT By Jeff I'm giving this a 1-star rating to bring it to the publisher's attention. I love this book. It's clever and hilarious. But, as I type this, I'm producing the audio version of it, and this Kindle version has missing text. There are parts where Hank is reading what's in the newspaper, and once where there was a list of goods and prices, and they are missing from this version, and yet another Kindle version that I downloaded for free. I thought that, since I actually paid for this one and it's formatted slightly better, that it would surely include these things. But, I just came to the newspaper part, and sure enough, completely missing from the text. I had to go to Literature.org to find that missing text so I could include it properly in the audio version. Whoever put this together did not check their work, and as a professional who works in this industry I'm baffled by such glaring oversight. Please get your act together fellas.
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Yankee ingenuity at its best. Unfortunately, not everyone got on board! By L. Eveland A really fun book to read! Thoroughly enjoyed the plot and how everything got back to 'normal' history in the end. BUT the big thing here was Twain's writing of the social mores of the day and some of the practices of large institutions which I won't go into here, read it for yourself.

Really like this book/author and would definitely recommend to others!
