The Man Who Loved Too Much - Book 3: Oxymoron (Volume 3), by John Rachel

About the Author John Rachel has a B.A. in Philosophy, has traveled extensively, been a songwriter and music producer, and is a bipolar humanist. He has spent his life trying to resolve the intrinsic clash between the metaphysical purity of Buddhism and the overwhelming appeal of narcissism. With the publication of the The Man Who Loved Too Much trilogy, he now has two more novels in the pipeline: Love Connection, a drug-trafficking love story set in Japan, and The Last Giraffe, an anthropological drama involving both the worship and devouring of giraffes. It unfolds in sub-Saharan Africa. Also in the works is a creative non-fiction work, The Naked American. It is allegedly an account of author Rachel's travels since leaving America August 2006, but more likely the product of the voices in his head which have plagued him since puberty. Several prominent publishers have declared that they will do everything in their power to make sure this book never sees the light of day. The author’s last permanent residence in America was Portland, Oregon where he had a state-of-the-art ProTools recording studio, music production house, a radio promotion and music publishing company. He recorded and produced several artists in the Pacific Northwest, releasing and promoting their music on radio across America and overseas. John Rachel now lives in a quiet, traditional, rural Japanese community, where he sets his non-existent watch by the thrice-daily ringing of sonorous temple bells, at a local Shinto shrine.

By Arlena Title: The Man Who Loved too Much - Book 3- OxymoronAuthor: John RachelPublisher: Literary Vagabond BooksSeries: Book 3Reviewed By: Arlena DeanRating: FiveReview:"The Man Who Loved Too Much Book 3 - Oxymoron By John RachelWhat I liked about this novel.....Now, this was an excellent novel. I would very much recommend you read this authors first two books..1 and 2 before attacking this read. Now in saying that... I will know say again this book 3: Oxymoron...was quite some read. This author brings it all together for the reader in this trilogy "The Man Who Loved Too Much" and answering the one important question... did twenty six year old Billy Green love too much? One thing for sure I did understand Billy's love for his mom and his girlfriend Candy. The reader will find from the read...dear Billy has gone through a lot....now we find in this book 3 he is still trying to survive which seems to be so hard for him to do. Not knowing what he wants from him life Billy seems to be drifting day by day in a state of confusion. Where will this leave him? I liked how this author was able to bring out with his relationships with various people and or .... Billy's mom, Candy, Amethyst, Natalie & Pam, Apooalypso, Mr. Marty Dykstra,$ 2,227,861,...Who and What was Billy Green?...man or [Woman], Sabrina, Samantha, [Dr. Bender, Dr. Hegel], who was ... Cream Cheese and Dr. Freundlich to name a few. All of these characters plus a few others will add some great interest to this read that will keep you turning to pages for more of what all Billy is going through in his state of confusion. Will Billy be able to come to some kind of conclusion in the end? Well, I don't want to give too much of this good story away other than say you will have to pick up this read and see for yourself how well this author brings it all out for Billy...the "man who loves too much....can't love too much." I loved that Epilogue...where it brings this series...book 1, 2 & 3 together so well. Thank you to the author...it was a excellent read!

Billy Green (26, Catholic, Cornell) along with Amethyst Reigns (f), & Candy (Billy’s G/F) were asked to model/pose for graduate students at the NYU Art Department’s sculpture lab.The final sculpture was to be entitled The Genesis of Jealousy. The 3 were paid $100 @ piece. What would Irene Green (wife/mom, nee Jovovich) later call Billy & tell him about Harold Green (husband/father, aka Duke)? Why would Marty Dykstra (attorney) call Billy?Detroit, MI. Who is Sabrina? Why did Billy contribute to Apocalypso (activist) cause? What role does Dr. Malcolm N. Bender, M.D. (BS; Biological Science, MS: Abnormal Psychology, Human Sexuality) play in Billy’s life? What about Billy & Candy relationship? What did Billy reveal to Dr. Christian Freundlich?I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written romance book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great wacky weird romance movie, or mini TV series. Put on your thinking cap & a must read to the very end. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.Thank you for the free Goodreads; Literary Vagabond Books; Author; PDF bookTony Parsons MSW (Washburn)

Money By John David Lionel Brooke The Money ParadoxDespite all the political bulls*** ranting and raving the reality is that it still comes down to money. That is the unintended message telegraphed to me through the incredible Niagara of grotesque situations, one liners and one off comments mouthed by the protagonist Billy Green. This is an odd Odyssey of confused contemporary times in New York City, the nation and the entire world.Billy had been and continued to make significant contributions from his unearned windfall funds to Apocalypso’s political machine and citizen’s militia. Thus supporting another leader and his unquestioning followers into another stupid useless reign of fear and terror. Clever successful strategies that swelled his ego and in the end produced absolutely zero in changing political reality. For me this book is about male and female humans and and all the other things they share between thighs and ears. A circular tale chasing itself through drugs and booze to an unsatisfactory and inconsequential vacuum ending for me."You can never love too much", is the end message, but what the Hell does our Billy mean by love. That damn four letter word projects so many conflicting emotional messages. Love is the oxymoron embedded in this vapid rapid word whirling story.Billy has not changed one iota. A ton of money didn't change him, in the end he is still the dick-head he was at the end of 'Entrendre' book two in this Trilogy.
