About the Author Hilary and Henry live in Westerville, Ohio. Hilary's love of dogs started at a very young age. She graduated from Otterbein College (now University) where she received a B.A. in psychology and completed an independent study on animal behavior. She works at Otterbein University as an assistant registrar. Over the last two years, she has organized the local 5k for K-9 Cancer Run/Walk and has helped raise over $52,000 for the diagnosis and treatment of canine cancer.

Boomershine One of the most beautifully written books I've ever bought. This true story is one that both inspires and warms the heart. Adults love it and kids do as well, plus they get a lesson in our responsibility to our pets. Henry is special, but his owner is one in a million. Unique story!

Henry and his mom have a special bond and clearly take care of each other. I hope we learn more about Henry Doodle's adventures.

By Amazon Customer What I love the most about this book is the message that you don't have to be perfect to be loved. Henry is a very special pup and the bond between him and his family is beautiful.
