5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. From an old (formerly) Lonely Guy By J. A. Clark This is a simply wonderful book - and the Slightly Older Guy is too - wry, amusing and touching. I love the books of Bruce Jay Friedman (who must be an Older Guy by now) and am always telling people to read him. But, here's the catch, in the UK he's not published (or so I believe). How come? His books - going way back - are great and he is one of America's treasures. Perhaps someone can explain....
