This was my first journey into therapeutic coloring. I chose this coloring book specifically for the fact that it was created by a certified art therapist. The introduction to the coloring book set my expectations from the beginning, which put me at ease. I am officially hooked on this type of meditation! Coloring books aren't just for kids anymore!

Coloring Octangles' designs are interesting and intricate enough for me to stay engaged in the coloring process. Also, the paper quality was great for using different art media. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in using coloring as a tool for self-soothing.
